The role for Charlene Wang’s Wellness Office Assistant is as follows:
The-Day-to-Day
Some projects will be worked from home with the exception of office operations (supplement inventory, social media filming, meetings). You are required to work with integrity as the honor system is used for reported hours worked. As the practice grows, there will be opportunity to work as a receptionist welcoming and taking care of patients.
There will be Project Management Software to monitor the progress of time, projects and tasks virtually accessible to the entire staff.
Current Work Hours (At The Moment)
4-6 hours per week (potential for more hours).
THE JOB DESCRIPTION
Operations (highest priority and in-office) includes:
- Managing the office: filing patient charts, ordering and unloading supplements, light cleaning, refilling file folders, breaking down and recycling boxes, etc.
- Supplement transactions with patients: taking supplement orders.
Patient Concierge: Being the point of reference for all patients via email, calls.
- Conduct weekly appointment reminder calls, wellness check in's, and answering questions via email and phone.
- Writing cards of all occasions: welcome to new patients, thank you, gratitude, birthday, referral cards.
- Scheduling appointments for new and existing patients.
Projects & Personal Assistance:
- Assist with hosting local health fair booths.
- Running business-related errands.
- Organizing and managing marketing projects, parties, etc.
Qualifications & Education
-High School GED equivalent
-Must be detail oriented and organized with excellent communication and client service skills.
-Customer service experience a must.
-Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
