The role for Charlene Wang’s Wellness Office Assistant is as follows:
Some projects will be worked from home with the exception of office operations (supplement inventory, social media filming, meetings). You are required to work with integrity as the honor system is used for reported hours worked. As the practice grows, there will be opportunity to work as a receptionist welcoming and taking care of patients.
There will be Project Management Software to monitor the progress of time, projects and tasks virtually accessible to the entire staff.
8-16 hours per week (potential for more hours).
-Supplement ordering and stocking
-Proof Read Emails and Course Content
-Keeping Charlene on track with time management and projects
-Keep track of Projects
-Communicate with Charlene to schedule meetings
-Monitor Social Media Chat (make & prepare canned responses)
-Printing Documents as needed
-On-boarding Patients
-Patient communication (calls, emails, hand-written cards)
-Contribute Additional Ideas for Social Media
-Creating Graphics on Canva
-Student Intern Tracking
- Bachelor's degree / High School GED equivalent
-Must be detail oriented and organized with excellent communication and client service skills.
-Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
-Required Background Check
