Charlene Wang MSRDN is an Eastern- style Functional Medicine Registered Dietitian, Level V Energy Healer, Medical Medium and Meditation Instructor. In 2013, the former professor founded her holistic practice in west Los Angeles, CA. and relocated to Colorado Springs, CO. She enjoys teaching clients how to keep balanced and healthy via a clean diet, natural remedies and lifestyle transitions.
The San Francisco Bay Area native has years of experience in the clinical nutrition departments of Penrose Hospital of Colorado Springs, St. Francis Hospital of Colorado Springs, Children's Hospital of Denver, Scripps Memorial Hospital of La Jolla, Scripps Green Hospital, and Scripps Memorial Hospital of Encinitas.
Her vision is to combine western nutritional science, taking advantage of its rigorous emphasis on evidence-based practice, with eastern nutritional science and medicine, and its emphasis on underlying causes and achieving harmony and balance of the mind, body and soul. Charlene utilizes energy testing, medical mediumship, clinical experience and active listening to investigate and uncover imbalances in the body, mind and soul.
Charlene holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and a Master of Science degree in Nutritional Science as a Fellow at California State University, Los Angeles. She has completed the academic coursework (Didactic Program in Dietetics) required by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) for registered dietitian candidacy and completed her dietetic residency.
Charlene is a nutrition expert commentator and has been featured on local news and radio shows, and is a contributing writer for Doctors Quarterly magazine which can be found in the Media tab.

As the Wellness Manager at Charlene Wang Wellness, Heather Laughlin LCSW ensures the smooth operation of weekly administrative functions, supporting patients throughout the practice. With a background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Heather brings strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of patient care to the role.
Drawing on her mental health expertise, Heather provides compassionate support in managing patient needs and coordinating schedules, creating an efficient and welcoming environment. Her commitment to holistic wellness helps ensure that every patient’s experience is seamless and supportive from start to finish. Heather believes that everyone can benefit from therapy and that it is an effective way to unveil our best selves.
Heather grew up in Colorado Springs and enjoys kindling her love for the outdoors through hiking and gardening. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, practicing yoga, reading and playing in Colorado’s great outdoors.
